Senior Lighting Designer

Dawn Brown leads the Lighting Design effort for EXP Services, out of central Ontario CANADA. Over the years she has gained valuable project experience across a wide variety of sectors. Dawn’s background is in architecture and she has a genuine appreciation for the value of aesthetics. Her design philosophy is, ‘It takes a village’ in that the best solutions are always the result of a group effort. Collaboration is one of the aspects of her profession she enjoys most. The other is the idea that with lighting we can make the world a better place for people to live; Whether it be in the form of safety, entertainment or health & wellbeing. As a single mother, she enjoys spending time with her clever and creative young boy Marcus making costumes and swimming at the local YMCA.
